Isra Neamati is a Los Angeles-based makeup artist specializing in beauty and special fx makeup. She is originally from Dallas, TX, and moved to LA in July of 2022 to further grow her career in the beauty industry. Isra has worked on various projects including commercials, fashion shows, music videos, and both fashion and boudoir photoshoots. Isra graduated from Make-Up Designory in January of 2023 and she received her esthetician license in March 2020.
